Welcome to Tastefull.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tastefull mobile application (the “Service”), operated by Tastefull ApS (“Tastefull”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Tastefull, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information

If you are under 18, you must have parental consent where required by law.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials
• Impersonate others
• Create multiple accounts for abuse or manipulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Tastefull provides:

• Restaurant discovery
• Reviews, ratings, and recommendations
• User-generated content (photos, collections, comments)
• Social features (profiles, follows, interactions)

We may update or modify the Service at any time.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create, including:

• Photos
• Reviews
• Comments
• Profile content

4.2 License to Tastefull

By posting content, you grant Tastefull a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service.

4.3 Public Nature of Content

Content you post may be:

• Visible to other users
• Indexed or shared within the app

You are responsible for what you share.

4.4 Content Rules

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Is spam or manipulative (e.g. fake reviews)

5. Content Moderation

Tastefull may:

• Review and remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to features

We do this to maintain a high-quality and trustworthy platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or hack the app
• Scrape or extract data at scale
• Use bots or automated systems
• Interfere with the Service or other users

7. Reviews & Recommendations

Tastefull aims to provide authentic recommendations, but:

• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness
• Reviews reflect user opinions, not ours

You use the information at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service (excluding user content) belong to Tastefull, including:

• Design
• Branding
• Software
• Features and functionality

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Tastefull may integrate with or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their terms or policies

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Create risk for other users or Tastefull

You may delete your account at any time.
